What we take

If you use the waitlist or contact form: email, and any name, organization, role, platform, and message you choose to send. The request is posted to /api/waitlist. If an operator webhook is configured in the deployment environment, the same record is forwarded there.

Server logs typical of a Vercel or similar host (IP, user agent, path, time) may exist under that host's terms. This draft does not invent a list of sub-processors.

Why

To answer a request for agent access, documentation, or contact — legitimate interest in responding to people who wrote to us, and consent where a form requires it. We do not sell this list.

A local preference records whether you accepted optional cookies. See the cookie notice. No advertising network is loaded by this codebase.

Retention

Waitlist records are kept until they are answered or you ask for deletion, and no longer than needed to operate a pre-GA list. Write legal@quantom.trelyan.ch to request access, correction, or deletion. Statutory rights depend on your jurisdiction; this draft does not waive them and does not pretend to be a complete GDPR Article 13 notice until counsel completes it.
